Why We Don't Keep a Warehouse Full of Puzzles
Share
We don't keep warehouses of pre-printed puzzles sitting around waiting to sell. Almost everything gets made after you order it, which sounds slower on paper but changes what we're actually able to offer.
Why This Actually Works in Our Favour
Made to order means we can run hundreds of designs at once without betting on which ones will sell. If a niche design only appeals to a small audience, that's fine, we're not sitting on unsold stock because of it.
The Trade-Off, Honestly
It means a slightly longer wait than a same-day dispatch from a warehouse. We think that trade-off is worth it for the range it lets us offer, but we won't pretend it's instant.
What This Means If You're Ordering For an Occasion
Order a few days ahead of a birthday or event rather than the night before. We move fast, but made to order isn't the same as stocked and ready to ship in an hour.
